1. No Cancellations

Once you have registered or made a payment for participation in any of our contests, the transaction cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
We do not accept cancellation requests for entries once they have been submitted.

2. No Refunds

All payments made for contest entry, participation fees, or any other services are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome of the contest.
If a participant is disqualified due to non-compliance with contest rules or any other reasons, no refund will be provided.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of an error or technical issue with our payment system or contest entry process, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if any adjustment or resolution is required.
Any requests for such adjustments must be made in writing within 48 hours of the payment or transaction. However, refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Mahzooz India.

4. Responsibility of Participants

It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they meet all contest eligibility requirements and carefully review the terms and conditions before entering any contest.
Mahzooz India will not be liable for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants that may affect their participation.
